Wedding Photographer South of France
Refined stories, told with authenticity and emotion.
I’m Thibault Maestracci, wedding photographer based in the South of France. I travel across Europe to capture your wedding in a refined and heartfelt documentary style, for adventurous couples who value authenticity and a good dose of fun.
No forced poses.
No rehearsed smiles.
Just images composed at the right moment, where emotion meets light, and simplicity becomes elegance.
Real moments, carefully observed. Photographs that tell your story with intention, coherence and grace.
Timeless, sincere, and effortlessly beautiful.

Unfiltered Wedding stories
Real moments. Honest emotions.
Here I share the weddings and sessions that moved me, stories shaped by light, connection and the quiet energy of the day.
I guide, but never overstage. What matters is not the perfect pose, but the feeling beneath it. The laughter that comes naturally, the gestures that truly belong to you.
Each story is a reflection of how I see: refined, intentional and true to the people in front of my lens.
Hello, I’m Thibault [Tee-Bow], French wedding photographer in the South of France.
People often described me as a guest who takes photos.
(Not the one who finishes all the crips at the cocktail hour, the other one.)
Present, available, a good listener. Close enough to capture what matters. Integrated enough to be part of the day.
I don’t make people pose, but I compose each image with precision. What I’m looking for is the right balance between reality and beauty.
Real photos. Powerful photos. And photos that are perfectly in place.
Based in Montpellier, I travel throughout France, Europe and around the world.
A wedding in a rustic Farmhouses among the rolling hills of Tuscany, Italy ? An engagement session in Paris at the foot of the Eiffel Tower ? An elegant château in Provence or on the French Riviera ? I’m up for it!
I love discovering new places and meeting new people.
Before the big day, we meet up. We talk. We laugh. We lay the foundations for real trust.
(I’m not saying we end up best friends, but sometimes we meet up for dinner two years later.)
And when the trust is there, I can capture images that we don’t plan for.
The ones that will never be repeated. And that we’ll cherish for a long time…

Frequently asked questions
I photograph weddings in Occitanie, South of France, throughout France, and beyond. Each location, each couple, each adventure changes the way I see things. And therefore, the way I photograph.
My approach remains the same: capturing real moments, telling the story of life, love, loved ones, everything that makes a wedding day unique.
Based between Montpellier and the Pyrenees, I travel everywhere: to Toulouse, Perpignan, Avignon, Béziers, Lunel, Lattes, Nîmes, Pézenas… but also throughout the region, in the heart of nature as well as in the heart of cities.
Whether you are imagining an intimate ceremony, a large family wedding, or a destination wedding in Europe, I adapt to your desires and your personality.
Being a wedding photographer is above all about human encounters: understanding your style, your ideas, your way of being together. Taking the time to observe, advise, and accompany you. That’s what makes each photograph sincere and alive. So yes, my suitcase is always ready, whether to capture a bright day in the South or for a love project elsewhere in Europe.
Each image delivered is carefully edited: light, contrast, tone. I take care to keep the mood and intention of the scene. No filters. No artificial retouching. Just what’s needed to sublimate the moment.
A full wedding report is available upon request or in my journal, where I regularly publish complete wedding stories. During our appointment, I’ll take the time to show you a full gallery from start to finish, even a printed album!
Finding the perfect location for your wedding is a crucial decision and a deeply personal choice. Of course, I can recommend some beautifuls venues in South of France, such as:
